Tonight I think perhaps lasange or quiche if I can be bothered, if not, cod steaks with new pots and beans.

I think the dish is actually Austrian in origin...as "Vienna" Schnitzel bur of course we know they sound V's as W's or vice versa so it became Wiener which probably sounds American because they call their little cocktails sausages "Weeners".....I think LOL
It's just a schnitzel which is tenderised meat coated in breadcrumbs usually veal, beef or chicken.....yummy though.

I made a lovely potato bake the night before last and that lasted us for 2 nights with salad and chicken burgers.
Last night we had plain, old fashioned, shop-bought, chicken and chips. It made a change and I didn't have to cook.
