I've watched two this week. The first was 'Wild Hogs' With Tim Allen, John Travolta and those other two blokes . Hitting mid life and going on a motorcycle road trip. It had some hilarious bits in. I'd give it a 6/10...deffo worth a watch if theres nothing else on
The other was Catch and Release with Jennifer Garner and Timothy Olyphant... A woman loses her fiance in an accident. Then falls for one of his mates. Bit long winded, but a nice ending, some funny bits too. 5/10 _________________ If you see someone without a smile.....give them yours |

I love some of those old B&W films judy, very nostalgic. Last night I watched Flika...about a young girl and a wild Mustang. Not too bad, for an early evening film, but wouldn't rave about it. _________________ If you see someone without a smile.....give them yours |

I watched Ps.. I love you and Cloverfield last night.
Ps..I love you was quite good, some very funny lines in it, typical irish humour, black, saracstic n dry it's based very loosely on the first book by Cecelia Ahern and I do mean very loosely lol
Cloverfield was way different from what I was expecting. It was shot on a hand held camera much like Blair Witch. It's a horror/monster movie and although the camera angles annoyed me at time it made me jump ...actually i was in bed watching it n at one point i ended up tucked into a little ball to keep my feet "away" from the monster lol. It's a good movie and the special effects are very good so if ya have the chance to see it and can put up with the film format i'd give it a go. |

last night watched old Viggo Mortensen film, pre-Lord Of The Rings.
was called American Yakuza, about him going deep undercover for the F.B.I. infiltrating a Japanese crime family in the U.S., he's treated well & accepted into the family, his loyalties are then tested between his new family & the F.B.I.
well worth a watch |
