I would approach them on a day I thought they might be sober and reasonable (LOL) and ask them if we could perhaps come to some compromise about what time the music should be turned down - if not, dob them in to the cops for disturbing the peace!

What would you do if you were walking down the street and felt something around your knees, when you looked down you saw your elastic had gone in your knickers and they had fallen down?

I'd shuffle over to the side of the walk, and as discretely as I could, without bending down, flick them off and into my pocket. Needless to say I wouldn't dare look to see if anyone had seem me! lmao

WWYD if you had a letter through your door, with someone proclaiming to be a relative, was coming to visit you. Though when you checked you couldn't find any link with this person anywhere?
