I was woundering how little Jake was doing , last I read was he was going home for a few days , did he ? did they finally get a diagnosis for him ? hope everything ok /

He has some rare disorder and needs a bone marrow transplant. I've not spoken to Kelly recently, but they were waiting for a match, I'll have to text her for an update.

Hey! The disease he has is called HLH. We now have a match for the bone marrow and are just waiting for the transplant to go ahead. This will happen in september and hopefuly will be the end of our troubles!

Jake is his normal self now, he runs round and plays with Nathan (his brother) and they fight like normal brothers should lol! We are all happy to see him this way and have everything crossed that the transplant goes well

So glad everything so far is working out well for him. He has come through so much but sounds as if he is coping very well. Fingers crossed for the future treatment

Aww bless his little heart, I text Kelly and she said they were all doing well but she was worried sick about September. That's only natural. But will send her all our well wishes Smile

Thanks for all your messages on here, its nice to see that we are in your thoughts.

Jake is doing fine at the moment. Appears really well. Just busy with loads of appointments at the moment. So many test that have to be done before the transplant. Still worried out of my mind, really scared im gonna lose him. Its really horrible to just have no control over anything and just having to sit and watch and let it do what ever. So please please please keep everything crossed for us, and anything else you can possibly think of that might just give us some luck in september.

I'm sure evrything will go well for Jake, when he goes into have the transplant. Please let me know or let serenity know and i or serenity can ask for healing and the the Angels to sit with with jake on my forum.

Well the date should be 22nd of september. Thats when they are aiming for.

Just to let you all kno wthat Jake wont be having his bone marrow transplant on monday the 22nd now, It has been put back to the week after. Just the little girl that is in the room he needs is needing abit extra time bless her. But shes also doing great. So lots of good feedback from the transplant lets hope jakes goes the same.
