Dont you just love them !!!! had my purse pickpocketed from my bag yesterday while travelling on the london underground. Its the worse feeling in the world to look down and see your once closed handbag now open, my heart sank as I fumbled around in my bag but there was no purse. They were kind enough to leave my phone, sunglasses and camera though which is better then nothing. They also stole the train ticket i needed to get home with too . Worse thing is Im off on holiday sat with no credit,debit cards and no driving license. Its only money though it could have been far worse i or my freinds could have been attacked etc but were all ok. I think my nan was looking after me as when I was speaking about it on the train home a single white feather came and landed on my leg !!! My mates were great and my sis shell was amazing who offered me half her birthday money too - bless her xxx

thats awful and so scary!!!! I'm terrified when I go on the tube, my bag is clenched so tightly under my armpit all the time, and I'm over paranoid. Plus I make sure all non essential documents are left at home.............as if you need all the hassle so close to your holiday too! Cancelling things and replacng them, gawd (((((((((((((((((((((((Jo))))))))))))))))))))))).......did you report it to the train police or wait till you got home?

I know I am so blah zay when im in london dont even think about it , probably my own fault though i did chk my clasp was closed on my bag before i got on the train !! reported it to the british transport police while I was on the train on my way home , they were gd and a lovely bloke called andy was so sympathic who took all my details for the crime management unit too

Lets hope they can come up with some CCTV footage then Wink

and also lets hope they just want the cash for drugs and will dump the licence etc.

oh noes! whenever we are in london my wallet (nearly said purse) goes from my back pocket to one of my front pockets and i have my hand in my pocket most of the time. when im in lynn im not very trusting either but the security goes up in london.

i hope you get things sorted fast, noone likes the hassle of waiting for this stuff.

Sorry to hear that Jodie, must have been frightening to realise, good job you didnt catch them though,they could have turned nasty. Better to be safe xx
