Well we are coming to the end of the Summer hols. Mart starts college on Monday and Scott starts back at school on Wednesday.

Steph has mentioned her college year has started back up again in the States.

As much as I love the kids being home, I'm really looking forward to being on my own again! Being able to clean the house and it stay clean until they get home lol.

Is anyone starting college soon? Or looking forward to their kids going back to school?

My little grand daughter started school last Monday. We are earlier than England as we get the holidays earlier.

Ah, college. Yesterday I had a few of my classes, and me and my roommate Chasity and our friend Lyonel had a good time going to eat and stuff. We met this guy named Travis, he is pretty cool. I HATE my liberal arts writing class! Evil or Very Mad

I'm going to drop it, but my adviser has to do it because it won't let me. School = hassle!

School i can't wait till they go to school lol, emma went back to nursery a couple of weeks back and david starts this tuesday, that means 2 and half hours just me and ben i can't wait to bask in the silence Very Happy

Well the kids are back to school this week and i must say imo the school holidays have flown by.
I thought with me not being used to having a 12 year old around for a long time it would drag,but its been ok.
Now i have to get back into the routine of school runs and packed lunches Rolling Eyes

Crikey,its over 8 years since i did that Shocked

,but im sure it won't take that long to get back into it :grin:

I got my hubbies rolls out to defrost last night and realised I needed to get some out for Mart too lol...he started college today, and although the summer hols DID fly by fast, he's been off since he left school in May, and boy it seemed a lifetime lmao!!

Funny thing is, Marts is a full time course, but he only has to go in Monday Wednesday and Thursday, go figure?!

well i decided that this year i would do something different, so i've decided to go back to college. i couldn't decide what to do, but i really fancied cake decorating. so i went and enrolled, and now i'm doing cake decorating and i'm training to be a teaching assistant.
