This was on Channel 4 so I recorded it to watch. Well it was the story of a drug abusing thief, who got out of gaol, and was trying to build a relationship with her young daughter. The daughter had been looked after by Sherry's brother and s/i/l and was very happy and settled. The film went through Sherrys, hardships, findnig a job, trying to stay 'clean' relapsing etc......................it was a little slow in places but still good watching, but it had such a crap ending!!! I was so annoyed at it ending with no real conclusion arghhhhhhhh why do film makers do that???  ............did anyone else watch it ?

Yes it was on here on pay tv a while ago. I watched some of it but couldn't really get into it. I think I came into it after it started but you can sometimes still get the gist can't you?
