Ok I think we exhausted what we could do with sausages, so now lets try chicken Smile

I would do what Sarah would do. Get a couple of breasts of chicken, cut it up into little pieces or strips and pan fry it in a little oil until cooked through, then wrap in a tortilla with some salad , and serve with chips. My kids love these Wink

What would you do?

Not too keen on tinned tomatoes but maybe fresh slices would be nice. I would omit the mushys too (yuk) but maybe substitute red and green capsicums?
Ooh just thought maybe some spring onions? Corrrr making my mouth water now LOL
Do you call them capsicums over there? I think in America they are called red peppers?
Not too sure.

Everyones fav here is a stirfry(sorta) with chicken

I cut the chicken into strips coat in garlic powder and cayenne pepper

then lightly fry it, just to seal in the juices then i put it into a bowl in the

same pan i fry mushrooms then after a few minutes I add

red, yellow, green & orange peppers chopped big and after another few

minutes I chuck in 3 onions chopped, I slowly add water until it's covering

the veg then chuck meat back in add a few stock cubes taste and check if

i need more garlic or cayenne then add water until everything is covered

and cook for 1/2 hour ( they all hate peppers so if you like them add

them last to stay firmish) stock will have reduced add 1/2 pint of low fat

double cream or creme fresh wait for sauce to thinken then dish up with

garlic bread and rice
